First: Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its complete and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or payment receipt must be provided.

Second: Starting a Return Request

If your return request is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send the package

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Third: Non-Returnable Items

For health and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Pillows, bed covers, and mattresses

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Fourth: Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Fifth: Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend the following process:

  • Submit a return request first

  • Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item to ensure availability and faster processing

Sixth: Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Cash refunds are not available.

  • Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time.
