First: Return Eligibility Conditions

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Third: Non-Returnable Items
For health and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Fourth: Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend the following process:

Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item to ensure availability and faster processing
