ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Where is this company located? Who own it? Where are the products of this company made?

It is located in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. Tanatel has been in the home furniture industry, about 24 years. We are design and manufacture all our furniture products by handmade, the the materials selecting are Italian and European. We also import exceptional accessories that have been carefully selected by our staff. Generally, no task or process is complete without quality checking and all our products testing personally.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE I’VE MADE MY ORDER?

Once you’ve placed your order, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse to process for delivery, which makes any amendments or changes quite tricky to implement. Ideally, delivery addresses should be confirmed before the order is placed, but you can always give our customer service team a ring on 920000143 and we’ll see what we can do.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Very soon after you place your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation. If your product is delivered directly by the supplier, they’ll contact you to arrange delivery separately.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Estimated time to delivered furniture, by product type: Dining tables: the durations are different according to each table model according to the manufacturing plan and materials, and it usually takes from 80 to 120 days. Bedrooms: Are differents, and each bedroom model has a period of its own, starting from 21 days to 100 days, and the durations are continuously updated according to manufacturing and materials. Sofas: the duration varies, and most sofas last 80 days. As for the corner sofa, the duration is: 60 days. Coffee Tables Sets: 15 days, and there is a period update for some service tables, as they have different durations, especially the manufacturer. Accessories: from 3 days to 7 days and there is direct delivery.

At Tanatel we believing in manufacturing to the highest quality standards, so we avoid mass manufacturing. That's why we manufacture and inspect each piece individually, using European materials. Thus, every piece that you receive from Tanatel is a piece customized for you, by supervised from our team.

CAN TANATEL PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED OUTSIDE SAUDI ARABIA?

It is delivered only to the United Arab Emirates, where Tanatel has a branch there.

WHAT CAN I DO IF ANY PIECE OF FURNTURE IS DAMOGED AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED IT?

Our relationship with you does not end at the point of purchase and departure from our store. We offer a guarantee on most of our products, which includes paid maintenance, repainting and transportation.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

In Tanatel, the furniture is manufactured based on the contract with the customer, and the customer has the right to return or exchange before 24 hours from the date of payment and contract.
