Terms and conditions for purchasing vouchers

1- The offer is valid from 06/05/2024 to 07/10/2024.
2- The customer receives a 15% purchase voucher on the total before discount and before tax.
3- The contract value must exceed 10,000 riyals of the contract value before discount and before tax.
4- The maximum purchase voucher amount is: 4,500 riyals.
5- The maximum number of purchase vouchers is: 1 purchase voucher.
6- A deposit of no less than 30% of the value of the basic contract must be paid to be eligible for the purchase voucher.
7- The voucher contract is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
8- If the basic contract is canceled after using the purchasing voucher, the voucher amount will be deducted from the returned contract.
9- The voucher offer cannot be combined with another offer or discount.
10- The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
11- Items with a discount greater than zero are excluded from calculating the value of the amount for calculation.
12- The voucher amount cannot be refunded for cash, and if the voucher is used, the remaining amount cannot be refunded or used again.
13- The offer includes products at their basic price and does not include products that have an offer or discount
14- The voucher can only be used by the primary customer
