Tanatel is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has over 24 years of experience in the home furniture industry. All our products are designed and handcrafted within the Kingdom, using high-quality European materials and carefully selected Italian materials. We also import distinctive accessories from the most famous international suppliers. No piece is approved without passing rigorous testing and comprehensive inspection by our quality team.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Once your order is confirmed, it's sent directly to the warehouse for processing and preparation, which limits any modifications. Therefore, we recommend verifying the address before placing your order. However, you can contact our customer service team at 920000143, and we will do our best to assist you.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the product type and production plan, as follows:
Dining Tables: 80 to 120 days (depending on model and materials).
Bedrooms: 21 to 100 days (depending on design and components).
Sofas: Up to 80 days for standard models, while corner sofas are delivered within 60 days.
Coffee Table Sets: 15 days.
Accessories & Decor Items: 3 to 7 days, including direct delivery service.
Note: Delivery schedules are updated periodically based on the nature of the product.
Why might it take so long for my order to be delivered?
Tanatel , we place the utmost importance on quality and excellence, so we do not rely on mass production. Each piece is individually manufactured to order, under the supervision of our specialized team, to ensure that you receive a unique piece made just for you.
Can Tanatal products be delivered outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes, we provide delivery service within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all Gulf countries.
What should I do if a piece of furniture is damaged after purchase?
Our service does not end at delivery. We provide a warranty on most of our products, which also covers additional services such as paid maintenance, repainting, and internal relocation.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Since the furniture is custom-made based on the customer's contract, returns or exchanges are possible within 24 hours only from the date of payment and signing the contract.
